Villero
The sense of tradition

In the district of Castiglione Falletto, lies the Cru Villero. It extends over 15 hectares with south, southwest exposure and has a soil characterised by the presence of blue-white marls rich in minerals, with an altitude ranging from 225 to 360 meters.

The very low soil permeability allows to retain much water and therefore the grapes are characterised by the ability to maintain high quality even in particularly dry years giving very structured wines of great longevity.

The characteristics of Barolo coming from this Cru are the elegance and texture combined with an incisive but always elegant tannins.
